The Scootabaker and Vespa of Sherman Oaks have joined forces and put together The Sweet Street Scooter Rally for L.A., June 27th! Oh, it's no big deal, just that it's a HUGE feat to bring all scooter enthusiast and foodies in Los Angeles together for one amazing and special cause. But The Pablove Foundation is a really wonderful organization whose mission is to fund pediatric cancer research, and it's been surprisingly effortless to have people on board for this event.
The home of Pablove, which also happens to be at Dangerbird Records in Silverlake, will be our rides finish location. Jeff and Jo Ann of Pablove were so hospitable to open their doors on a Sunday to host us for this event. The Sweets Truck has graciously accepted our invitation to co-sponsor this event and will set up their mobile bakery on-site next to the Scootabaker's open display of desserts! So whether you have a scooter or not, join us at Dangerbird Records for the sweets and treats!
We'll be accepting small donations and selling Sweet Street Scooter Rally T-shirts, and ALL proceeds from the rally will go to the Pablove Foundation!
